The BPS groundwork team consists of hardworking and motivated individuals. Their expertise allows us to offer a variety of groundwork and landscaping services. Typical works include:

Drainage - paving - landscaping - excavations - service laying - rainwater harvesting - soak away - screeding and concreting - patios - paths - lawns - driveways - edging and borders.

Drainage:
BPS has a team of experienced drain technicians who work with sewer pipes and rainwater pipes. New drainage systems, drainpipe alterations and drainpipe repairs are all undertaken and completed to a high standard. We operate in the Poole and Bournemouth areas. Paving:
Our groundwork team is experienced with all types of brick paving. We undertake brick paving repairs and new driveway installations on a regular basis.

Landscaping:
BPS work closely with clients when transforming a rough garden area or drive into a modern and stylish feature.


Excavations:
We are experienced contractors with our own excavation equipment. We understand that care and safety is paramount and use CAT scanning equipment to ensure a safe service.


Service Laying:
We liaise with the service utility providers for the replacement of services such as gas, electric, water and sewage from the pavement boundary to the property. The replacement of a burst water main or broken sewer pipe are the most frequent request.

Rainwater Harvesting:
BPS | Builders are one of a few local companies that have experience in installing and maintaining rainwater harvest systems. Rainwater harvesting can save money by storing “grey water” (water collected from gutters etc.) in an underground tank to reduce the amount of mains water used on gardens and car washing etc.

Soak-away:
Soakaways are very important as they allow the water that falls on a roof to soak into the soil surrounding a soakaway. It is a common problem that soakaways can fill with silt, roots or collapse. This can cause water issues in a property if not maintained. BPS | Builders are able to build new soakaways as well as repairing and maintaining the existing.


Screeding and Concreting:
The BPS groundwork team can build concrete access ramps, screed internal floors, lay concrete slabs and foundations. We have a good understanding of concrete and the different grades that are required for different tasks.
